1. MEETING

We discuss all ideas and concepts for the project that you have been dreaming of, and we will walk you through how to meet your local council guidelines (DCP) or Private Certifier (SEPP).

2. DESIGN

We create a design that would be efficient, practical, and looks aesthetically pleasing to what the client desires, as well as adding in our creative design to match the potential of a great project to be noticed by many.

3. PLANNING

Once we have agreed on a design, we move onto completing
all Architectural Plans which include:

  • Floor Plans

  • Elevations

  • Site Plans, etc.

Once we complete the planning, we review it and finalize with the client to complete for handover.

We then gather all relevant documentation such as BASIX Certificates, title search, Section 10.7, etc.

4. REPORTS

We involve other professionals such as Engineers, BASIX Certifiers, Bushfire Assessors, etc., to retrieve relevant reports and/or plans to support the Architectural Plans relevant for approval. We discuss certain possibilities or outcomes to determine the best result to help the plans achieve approval from the local council or Certifying authorities.

5. SUBMISSION

After reviewing and checking all Plans, Documents, and reports, we finalize, combine, and send to the Council body or Private Certifier for approval. This ensures alignment with guidelines such as DCP, BCA, LEP for Council Development Application or SEPP for Private Certifier.

6. OUTCOME

Congratulations! Your project has been approved and is ready for a Construction Certificate. Once approved, we assist with the necessary documentation such as Building Levy and Builder Insurances, ensuring everything is ready for the building phase.
